1. Attendance & Punctuality

• Students must attend school regularly and maintain a minimum attendance of 90%.
• Late arrivals must report to the school office before joining the class.
• Absence due to illness or emergencies must be reported with a written application from parents/guardians.

2. Uniform & Appearance

• Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and properly.
• Hair must be well-groomed and follow school guidelines (no extreme hairstyles or colors).
• Jewelry, makeup, and accessories are not allowed except for small studs for girls.

3.Discipline & Conduct

• Students must show respect to teachers, staff, and peers.
• Use of foul language, bullying, or violence is strictly prohibited. Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are not allowed unless permitted for academic purposes.
• Any form of cheating, dishonesty, or misbehavior will lead to disciplinary action.

4.Classroom & Learning Etiquette

• Students must bring the required books and materials to class.
• Homework and assignments should be completed and submitted on time. Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are not allowed unless permitted for academic purposes.
• Disruptive behavior in class will not be tolerated.

5.ClassCampus Safety & Securityroom

• Students must stay within designated school areas during school hours.
• Any damage to school property will be the responsibility of the student, and repair costs must be borne by them. Running or playing in corridors is prohibited to avoid accidents.

6.Use of Technology & Social Media

• Students must use technology responsibly and only for academic purposes.
• Cyber bullying or misuse of social media that affects the school environment will lead to strict action.
• Accessing inappropriate websites on school devices is prohibited.

7.Participation in School Activities

• Participation in sports, extracurricular activities, and school events is encouraged.
• Students must represent the school with integrity and sportsmanship

8.Parent- Teacher Communication

• Parents must attend PTM meetings regularly and compulsorily.
• Any concerns regarding academics or behavior should be discussed with teachers through
• proper channels.

9.Transport & Movement Rules

• Students using school transport must follow bus rules and maintain discipline.
• Walking/Parents pick & drop students should follow traffic rules while commuting.

10.Leaving the School Premises

• Students are not allowed to leave the school premises without prior permission.
• In case of an emergency, a parent/guardian must inform the school office.

1. The installments of the school fees need to be paid before prescribed date/installment.
2. Defaulters will have to pay of fine of Rupees 500/- as late installment fees.
3. If a student is defaulted with a payment of fees, a letter of warning will be sent.
4. You need to pay admission fees to confirm your ward's seat.
5. Any payments done to the school are NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERRABLE and NON NEGOTIABLE.
6. Fees is to be paid as per the structure for the particular academic year.
7. The fees structure is subject to change periodically.
8. All fees queries have to be directed to the Principal.
9. Academic year starts from 1st April after admission, all 12 months fees has to be paid.
10. You will be required to pay fees for the entire academic year, whether the school runs in physically or online.
11. There will be no discount in academic year fees. Do not make any negotiation at the fees counter.
12. If Admission is cancelled in the mid term, No Dues Certificate will be issued only after clearance of the fees for the whole year.
13. There is no refund of any amount after the session commences; rather the full year's Fees has to be remitted for the TC to be processed.
14. Transfer Certificate (TC) and Bonafide Certificate will be issued after 5 days of return request is made. The Transfer Certificate will be issued on payment of Rs. 200/- after dues to pay the first term fees of the next academic year.
